Have you ever been in a position where your customers are just not happy, and everything you do does not seem to please them – I know I do get some really challenging customers, and doesn't matter even if you offer them all of your services at an amazing price, they still would not be fully satisfied. There's nothing you can do about that, unfortunately, that's just individuals nature and part of business.

On the other hand at times you do get genuine dissatisfied customers, that have been let down, by your service, system or expected something else. In which case  this is a great opportunity for us to fix problems and look into how we can meet customers execrations. Every business have unhappy customers, as you simply can't please everyone. Its normal, in such satiations, you do not need to shy away, but instead, learn from these mistakes, and look into how you can improve the overall customer experience within your business.

Imagine if customers did not complain, or we did not come to know of their unhappiness, we would have thought everything is going smoothly, and everything is well, where in fact our bottom line would have got effected, month by month, as no one would have known what the problem is. At times it's a blessing in disguise that customers are unhappy and complain, as this will bring our attention to areas in our business that need immediate attention and fixing, so problems like this do not occur again.
