“ Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves. ”

Many times we get irritated, annoyed or even upset with others, this normally happens in offices, and leads to some office drama, and gossip. The reasons could be anything from the way a person talks, acts, does business, deals with situation,  jealousy, you name it the list is endless

So how do we cope with this irritation, besides just ignoring it. Firstly, rather then pointing fingers and getting worked up on something which has no value, you can always learn from others, and get to know your self better, and work towards your self development.

As time goes along you can probably recall, in the past when things happened or when someone does something it would irritate you, and now it doesn’t, – WHY is that? Have you accepted the way that person is, or have you learnt to ignore it, or maybe it was something not worth getting worked up at all, Most probably it was something very small and not worth it.

Next time when you’re in a situation where you are getting irritated, take a step back and listen to the other person, and see exactly what is irritating you, and turn that into a positive way of self development, you’ll be amazed at what you learn about yourself.

At the end of the day, no one is perfect and on the other hand it’s impossible to please everyone.
